Award-winning Beef Chilli Chipolatas in a natural Lamb Casing. Made using the finest, grass-fed, chuck steak, cuts of shoulder and neck fillet of lamb, with chilli flakes, mixed herbs, cayenne pepper, salt and cracked black pepper.

Grill for approximately 15 minutes turning occasionally or oven cook on 180C for 20-25 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Alternatively, pan-fry gently for 15-20 minutes.
