Harvested from selected olives and pressed with the exclusive methods Gonnelli's olive mill Frantoio Santa Téa, this organic oil exhibits a delicate fresh olive aroma with notes of almond. To the taste it is slightly spicy with notes of vegetables. It has a golden yellow colour. Great on steamed fish and for preparing chocolate cake.
