Our Centre cut fillet steak is hand-cut from the center of the fillet and dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days for delectable flavor and a tender texture.

Take out of fridge 2-3 hours prior to cooking and cook from room temperature. Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan, season fillet with salt and place in the pan. Cook a few minutes on either side for desired rareness.
Serve with Frittes and our Bearnaise or Peppercorn Sauce.
