Hanger steak gets its name from the fact that it hangs down between the tenderloin and the rib.

All our meat is free-range and from the highest welfare standards.

Butcher's Tip

Cook from room temperature.  Simply heat a skillet with oil over high heat, sear the steaks on all sides, and cook until done to your preference.  Hanger steak is best served sliced thinly across the grain.
