Large Bone-in Ribeye Steak

Origin: Scotland
Seal off the steak in a a frying pan with salt, pepper and a knob of butter. Once there is a great colour, roast in the oven at 180c for 25-40 minutes depending on preference.
Goes perfectly with frittes, salad and a dab of Peppercorn sauce.
