Seal beef in a pan with a light dusting of flour, salt and pepper. Add chopped celery, carrot and onion. Then add Lewis Beef Stock, 3 glasses of red wine, one for you and 2 for the pot! Cook low and slow for approximately 4 to 5 hours.
